Athletic Spotlight

This month we are focusing on lacrosse. In the past eight years, Coach Horne has developed the lacrosse program into a successful year-round program competing in Virginia Division One of the Virginia Independent School Athletic Association (VISAA). The program continues to attract local talented players such as Will Fields, Class of 2008, High School All-American, Under-Armor All American, face-off midfield, U.S. Naval Academy Preparatory School.

Many Notre Dame lacrosse players go on to play collegiate athletics. Our Alumni Spotlight is on David Miller, Class of 2008. A High School All-American, he received multiple offers to play at the college level

and chose the University of Maryland where he plays midfield. His brother Matthew, a senior at Notre Dame Academy and President of the Student Council, recently signed to play lacrosse at The University of Notre Dame.
